By accessing or using SnapBody ("the Service"), operated by SnapBody, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnapBody allows users to organize TikTok videos into visual timelines for tracking personal progress. The Service uses TikTok's public APIs and embed functionality to display video content.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your TikTok account via our authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorized access.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your TikTok videos or profile information.

5. TikTok Content

The Service displays content from TikTok using their official embed and oEmbed APIs. All TikTok content remains the property of its respective creators and is subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service. We do not host, modify, or redistribute TikTok video content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Service
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by SnapBody, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapBody, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
