SnapBody is a DBA of Standard Care, Inc. This page describes how Standard Care, Inc. obtains and manages SMS consent for SnapBody users.

2. How SnapBody Collects SMS Consent
SnapBody collects SMS consent inside the authenticated SnapBody web application when a user adds a phone number for progress updates and reminders.
The user must actively enable the Text updates control in Settings before SMS is turned on. Consent language remains visible directly beneath the phone number and toggle.
3. Consent Disclosure
The consent disclosure shown to users states:

4. Message Types
SnapBody sends SMS only to opted-in users for:
- progress updates
- reminders to log or confirm updates
- account-related reminder notifications requested by the user
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on user activity, reminder settings, and whether there is a relevant update worth surfacing.
6. Help and Opt-Out
Users can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. Users can reply HELP for help or contact support@snapbody.co.
7. Consent Recordkeeping
SnapBody stores the SMS opt-in timestamp and associated consent metadata when a user opts in through the web application.
